Cancelling/ Modifying An Order

If an order has not been packed or shipped, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact our Customer Experience Team with your order number at, right away. We are unable to add a discount code to an order after it is placed. We cannot add or remove items from an order after it is processed. This is because packing and shipping are done by a third-party fulfilment center and we do not have the ability to intercept orders after checkout.
