DIY Raspberry Mask Recipe
Transition Your Face Into Fall
It was a little bittersweet picking our last round of raspberries this weekend up at my parent's place up north this weekend. The last batch of chia jam has been lovingly-made and tucked in the deep freeze to be enjoyed mid-winter as a reminder of the summer past even when the days are short and the nights are cold and long.
Inspired by my above-mentioned favourite jam recipe (known in my home as that d*mn good jam), this sweet little mask will freshen and wake up your skin... a great treatment to transition your face into Fall!
BERRY BRIGHT MASK
- 1 tbsp of mashed, fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries and or blueberries)
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 2-3 tsp of ground chia seeds
Mix all of the above in and mash by hand or in a small food processor. For a little extra boost of moisture add a spoonful of (coconut) yogurt*
