Shipping policy

Cancelling an order

If an order has not been packed or shipped, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact our Customer Experience Team with your order number at hello@graydonskincare.com, right away.

Modifying an order

We are unable to add a discount code to an order after it is placed. 

We cannot add or remove items from an order after it is processed. This is because packing and shipping is done by a third-party fulfilment centre and we do not have the ability to intercept orders after checkout. 

Shipping times and methods

We are a small team and do our best to ship orders within 2–4 business days of receipt. Please note that delays may occur. You will receive a confirmation email or text message with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Carrier delivery times can vary.

We offer free standard shipping to most addresses* on orders of $60** or more.

Most orders in Canada are shipped via UPS. Orders to Canadian PO boxes are shipped via Canada Post.

All orders in the US are shipped via UPS.*** Please note, UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

At this time, we do not ship outside of North America. However, a number of our retail partners ship worldwide, including Portia Ella, The Detox Market, Beauty Heroes and Mi Ming Mart. To view a complete list of our retail partners, please visit our store locator

*Shipping to Canadian Territories and Non-Contiguous United States is $25 for all order amounts.

**After discounts and before taxes. The purchase of electronic gift cards does not count towards the free shipping total.

***We are not responsible for any customs, duties or any associated fees.

Damaged, lost, stolen packages

We offer Safe Ship. For a small percentage of your order, Safe Ship provides insurance for damaged, lost and stolen packages. You can add Safe Ship to your order by selecting the Safe Ship toggle under the checkout button. 

Lost/Stolen packages: If you have not received your package 24 hours after it is marked as delivered, please contact us to confirm your shipping address. If the shipping address entered at checkout matches the shipping address provided, our Customer Experience team will proceed with resending your order. 

For customers that opt out of Safe Ship: We encourage you to file a missing package claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not have Safe Ship. 

Undeliverable package

If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we can re-ship your order for a re-shipping fee.
