Fall Skincare Routine
The sun is setting sooner, the wind is starting to feel brisk and the air is feeling dry. Fall is creeping in on us and on our skin.
This can only mean one thing...new FALL skincare routine! Here are a few things you should consider when transitioning from summer to fall.
Gentle exfoliation (and I seriously mean gentle) is actually recommended. The Bamboo Charcoal Sponge is a great tool to use when trying to achieve super soft exfoliation. It helps get rid of any unwanted summer leftovers, like dried out skin and will also reduce the appearance of any dark spots caused by the sun.
Fall weather also means less oil production, so it is recommended that you swap out your intense summer cleanser for a gentle one (like Face Foam). This will help clean out your pores and prevent your fall skin from feeling stripped dry.
Now that your face is freshly cleansed, you can help hydrate it with Superfood Serum. This serum helps to brighten your complexion and hydrate your skin by diminishing the appearance of dark circles and hyper-pigmentation (Prickly Pear Oil). It is also infused with other antioxidant-rich oils like kale, cranberry, blueberry and goji that provide even deeper hydration and protection from free radicals and pollution.
Just because it’s fall, and the sun is weaker, it doesn’t mean you can’t glow like you did in the summer sun! Face Glow is a moisturizing and illuminating tinted primer which helps provide an elegant “no makeup” makeup look.
Above all else, don’t forget to hydrate your body. It is super important to balance your body inside with your body outside. Drinks lots of water to keep your body and skin hydrated as a complete whole! :)
