#AskGraydon: What are Some Tips for using Superfood Serum & Fullmoon Serum Together?
Hi Rena 😍
First of all, I just wanna take this opportunity to thank you for your support.
And also, thank you for this wonderful question. Superfood Serum and Fullmoon Serum are basically BFFs. Together, they make a wonderful serum duo that works synergistically to boost one another's efficacy.
Here are 3 ways for you to incorporate these beauties into your skincare routine:
As we’ve talked about before, hydration is key. And now that it’s winter, it’s more important than ever to keep your skin hydrated at all times.
And what’s one of the best ways to add more hydration to your skin? Use a water-based product like Fullmoon Serum. After cleansing, and while your skin is still damp, apply 3 - 4 drops of this serum onto your face and gently dab the product into your skin until it has absorbed. Then, massage 3 - 4 drops of Superfood Serum into your skin. This oil-based formula works as an occlusive to lock in hydration and prevent your skin from losing any excess water.
Even if time is a luxury for you, rest assured knowing that you can still properly take care of your skin. This method happens to be my fave 😍
Here’s how it works. Put 2 drops of Fullmoon Serum and 2 drops of Superfood Serum in the palm of your hand and blend the products together. Apply the ‘smoothie’ to your face using the effleurage technique for about 10 - 20 seconds. This helps to ease any muscle tension and promotes blood circulation.
Truth is, not everyone needs to use both of these serums at the same time. The key is to listen to your skin and give it what it needs.
Personally, in the summer, I tend to just use Fullmoon Serum in my AM routine. It gives me that extra boost of hydration and a healthy glow. Doing so also nicely primes the skin if you wear makeup. I personally like to apply our bestseller - Face Glow - before setting out to tackle the day!
I apply Superfood Serum during my PM routine to nourish and replenish my skin with its phyto-complex of 13 superfood oils. The oil-based formula makes it perfect for a facial massage, too.
