Superfood Parfait Recipe

These parfaits are the perfect sweet treat and have the added health benefits of superfoods.

What you’ll need for the Matcha Parfait:

  • 1 packet of Matcha Powder (1.5g/1tsp)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (add more to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon

What you’ll need for the Turmeric Parfait:

  • 1 packet Turmeric Powder (1.5g/1tsp)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (add more to taste)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

What you’ll need for the vegan whip cream:

  • 1 can of coconut cream (refrigerated)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
