How to Get Soft, Shiny, Healthy Hair

 haircare products

Don't think I'm alone when I say that good hair will help make you feel more put together and confident. It's the old 'if you look good, you feel good' equation. The quest to having well-behaved hair is not an easy one, though.

Nearly everyone has suffered from a bit of damaged hair in their day. It's not fair, but it happens to the best of us. You may have gone a little overboard with hot tools, or chemical treatments, but worry not we have ingredients for damaged strands that'll help breathe life back into your mane.

When it comes to undoing damage, antioxidants and plant-powered superfood oils and extracts can make a world of difference.

Our haircare products are formulated with nourishing natural ingredients to keep your hair looking healthy and shiny.

What's in our Matcha Mint Shampoo:

Matcha: Who doesn't love matcha? We use this super ingredient which contains potent antioxidants to repair skin damage caused by environmental stressors and aging. Antioxidants are especially beneficial for the scalp since it encourages shine. This green tea also contains a special vitamin called panthenol that can improve hair strength which is great for damaged or color treated hair.

Chia: This seed contains omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and zinc which helps promote new hair cells. It can also help with inflammation and regulate oil levels so your hair doesn't look too dry or greasy.

Hemp: A therapeutic oil that contains proteins, omega fatty acids and helps stimulate hair growth. Most importantly, it's great for improving blood circulation to the scalp which can improve hair growth if you are experiencing thinning hair or hair loss.

    What's in our Hair Smoothie:

Broccoli: Contains sulforaphane and phytonutrients which have powerful detoxing properties. It also contains erucic acid, a lightweight oil that is easily absorbed, quickly providing moisture to your hair.

Parsley: Acts as an excellent conditioner from hair, prevents sun damage and improves the production of collagen to give you thick, lustrous hair.

Rosemary: Helps fight bacteria, and stimulate the scalp. It's a great herb to add into your haircare regimen since it can help with dry scalp or dandruff. (Try our DIY hair rinse recipe with rosemary and apple cider vinegar here.)

Sage: Provides nutrients to the hair follicle and improves circulation and hair growth

Thyme: Has antiseptic qualities and is great for skin conditions like eczema and rosacea. It can be especially helpful if you have dandruff.
